The results of “Da Bei Nong science and technology award” which invested and set up by Da Bei Nong Group were unveiled on December 26. The project of “Immune induced resistance mechanism of crop against Phytophthora and disease control technology” hosted by Prof. Yuanchao Wang won the 10th Da Bei Nong science and technology award- plant protection award.

Da Bei Nong science and technology award is established by Beijing Da Bei Nong Technology Group Co., Ltd in 1999. It is approved by Ministry of Science and Technology, and provides funds to experts who make outstanding contributions in agricultural in China every two years. This award also has good reputation and social influence in agricultural science and technology.
